Hi there and welcome to the lesson. :) This time it is Mazurka by Napoleon Coste (1805 – 1883), a French guitarist and composer. Few words about mazurka. It is a Polish dance in triple meter with accents on 2nd or 3rd beat. It became very popular in 19th century over Europe at Ballroom dances.
It may sound a bit difficult for beginners but, believe me, it is not. If you like it, give it a try, step by step as shown in slow videos. The most difficult task here is to have different accents for melody and the rhythm in the same time, but that can be achieved over time.
Key signature: E Minor
Time signature: 3/4
Tempo: 110 bpm
Feedback is welcome, as well as any questions :)
Enjoy!
Dejan
