Just listening to some tracks and sorting my playlist before I head out to the gym, was wondering what tracks you guys use to get your blood pumping?
I tend to use different songs whether I'm doing cardio (almost never in the gym, thank you football), or weights. For cardio, I need something of medium intensity to just distract me, as I'm not running at full pace. For weights, a set will only last a few seconds, so I need the maximum adrenaline rush ASAP.
I'm looking for some more, so what are your gym tracks?
