I kinda have one. Can I practice it in Drop C tuning, or D standard tuning ?

Yes you can! I wouldn't suggest it because strings tension is different and you might have troubles in the standard tuning later also will probably have to re learn bending intonation! But to answer your questions yes you can practice in any tuning you want!

And, OK, I'll practice in standard tuning, can I practice on an acoustic ?

Since the strings tension will be looser your bends might be out of tune because of it!
You can practice in any tuning and use any guitar you want!

Yes Alex. I am doing fine with the scales and I think I am ready for the next step But I had one question. Can I play the exercises as 8th note triplets ? Take a look at the GP file. I tried to made the exercise more interesting by adding Bass and Drums.

You can do it yes! It sounds good in GP!
The whole point of this exercise is to play along with me this way you are practicing a good amount of time and can be sure that you are playing everything correctly!

Yes, I do have another question When I play the exercise, it is supposed to be three notes per string patterns, and I look at the notes in groups of three, but, when I play them all 16th notes, am I supposed to look at them in groups of four ?

I look them as groups of three, so I made them 8th note triplets. Now, to play faster, should I make them 16th note triplets, so, they will be 16th notes and I can look at them at groups of three What do you think how I should play ?

Or best of all, play them in all ways 8th note triplets, 16th notes, and 16th note triplets

It is up to you how you like to look at it! You can do groups of 3 or 4!
Again the purpose of this exercise is to play along with me you need to get it up to speed and start playing along!!

So here is what we will be doing!
I will be explaining a new theory subject once a week or every other week and will be giving assignments based on it!
Theory questions (will help me to get a better idea where to start! )

- Harmonize G major scale
- Build A7 chord
- Write ii - V - I chord progression starting with Cmi7
- D mi7 - Bb - Gmi - F What key this chord progression in?

I'll answer tomorrow, my head is right now, to think so much.
