Well, these are exactly the same notes I got and used a chord-finder tool for to get a name

As far as I can tell the chord had been found but the name for this chord has not been guessed yet, unless I missed something.
The chord as I understand it is. E7#9 b13 |

It is a B 6/9 (sans 5th) with the 6th doubled in octaves.... B G# D# G# C# (R 6th 3rd 6th 9th)...
