Now I've seen everything. I thought maybe it was an Ebow or something, but nope! It's got a wheel with mounted picks that rotates under the strings and picks the strings for you. I'm not quite sure what to make it. is it a gimmick guitar? Something for buskers? Maybe something for people with only one hand? A new version of the autoharp but for guitar players? I've seen a lot of guitars in my time and this ranks among the most strange.

QUESTION: What do you think? is this really trying to be a serious instrument? It got written up in GUITARPLAYER Magazine.

Had not see that before! Also a neat concept. Just rotate the wheel and get new pickup tone! I've seen another guitar setup to put new pickups in from the back and they slot in. Saw something similar for NAMM one year built for pickup swaps.

This is a great guitar to use for pickup comparisons.
You walk into a shop, try as many pickups as you like in a few minutes, and choose what's best for your ears!

I wish guitar shops had something like this for trying out pickups. It would be great to be able to A/B various pickups just by spinning the wheel Also would be good if you could load it up without soldering. They could pre chamber the pickups so they could be popped in and out from the back and you could load 3 at a time. it would sure make pickup buying a LOT easier. Instead of trying to listen to tons of youtube videos and then buy a pickup and install it before finding out if you like it, you could compare it to the pickup you already have installed and try others as well.
