Line 6 Spider Valve, Anyone tried it?

Just wondering, has anyone tried the Spider Valve (combo 112, 212, or head + cabs)?

Does it really offer the best of both worlds (tubes + digital modelling)? Can it compete with a good tube amp for tube sound?
