Where To Start... Options

Hi guys,

The last couple of years I haven't been able to practice a lot of guitar, because I was awfully busy trying to graduate.
Now that I only have a masterthesis to write, I have more free time, and thus more time to practice guitar.
And I want to take it seriously now! But I have really no idea where to start...

I've been browsing through the lessons on here, but there are soooooo many, I can't really see the forest through the trees anymore.
What are some of the lessons the GMC community would recommend?

My goal is to play music ranging from AC/DC-esque soloing, to Metallica-like riffing, to hardcore/punk style arrangements.

I hope my post is clear. I'm more than willing to clarify my goals, if necessary.
