I was trying record something to show folks what's possible using only software, at home. It turned out pretty well Pretty much anyone with a laptop and reaper and a decent guitar vst / ez drummer, can pull this off. It's a great time to be a musician

I"m using OVERLOUD TH1 for the guitar tone which I really just LOVE. Getting this type of tone outside of software requires quite an expenditure. Not to mention, it's harder to share presets

Thanks man This done in LOGIC 9 which I must say has become my favorite DAW. I've been using REAPER and Garage Band for quick and dirty work and recently started using LOGIC again as my buddy Matt sourced my upcoming ORANGE AMP review in LOGIC.

The way LOGIC puts a mix together has really impressed me. I"d been avoiding it as REAPER is easier to share projects with folks since it's cross platform. But I'm going to use logic for tracking and mixing as of now. It's just super spiff.
