Recording Your Playing In Slow Motion

There is a spiff little iPhone/iPod/iPad app called SLO PRO that lets you should video and slow it down along with the sound. It's a very handy tool for playing a fast bit and then seeing it slow to pick out where you may need work. I think it's the same app that RUSTY COOLEY is using when he goes SUPER SLO MO in the code archive vids. For google phone users, anyone searched for something like this?

Sometimes - it's beneficial to record your music sped up to fast motion too.

Just listen to how much this gentleman is able to progress with just a few quick run throughs...
