Timing Exercise, i forgot it in my PM Options

i forgot one lesson, PLS can you also send me the backing of the "timing exercise" ?

if possible also in slower versions because i have troubles with the 16th notes and triplets at 100 bpm
or maybe you can send me some of your fingers to get up to that speed, i will give you mine instead
