I came across this video and other videos by him. It's sort of neo-style, which also at times feel a bit overdone for me - like in the other thread where we talked about some of the newer waves in the world of guitar. I did enjoy it though and also the tutorial:

He's not bad, yes! I'm not a huge fan of the neo-soul style of some of these newer players, but they do have some interesting chords that are more jazzy than what the metal guys of us might be used to.
