Is This Right For A Les Paul?, or am I going mad?

Problem is when im in the middle position (Both pups together) and turn the volume pot for the neck pickup all the way down, I get nothing from the bridge pickup even though the volume pot is on full? same thing if i reverse the volume pots as well? One master volume for both pickups and one volume pot only for the neck pickup. Jul 6 2009, 09:20 AM	Learning Roadie Posts: 713 Joined: 20-May 08 From: copenhagen	why would you put it in the middle position and turn one of the pups volume all the way down?? i mean.. that would be the same as leaving the 3-way switch on the pup you want to use instead of using it in the middle? i usually play using both pickups when i want the soft-deep sound of the neck pickup while slightly adding some cutting treble..
