Hey guys,

long time no see - I've been busy studying in different places, but also focusing more on keys than strings...but I always loved the community here! Right now, I am doing a course on music perception, and one of the tasks we are given is to do an experiment about "how quickly can you recognize a music track"? If you've got a couple of spare minutes (it shouldn't take longer than 10 minutes, but it all depends on how quick you are...), I would be super glad if you could participate in the survey we have to do for that course and maybe let me know how to improve the experiment as well!
And I guarantee you it is good fun smile.gif If you guys want, i can share our results (and hypothesis tongue.gif) later on!

It's a proven fact that guitar faces have a bigger impact on tone than wood does.

I only got 3 right ... unless you count the sampled piano part from 'Papa Was a Rolling Stone' on track one. Then I got 4 correct.

4 for 8, with 3 of them recognized on the shortest track.

I never realised that! Haha, I love when you suddenly see the connections between songs....anybody ever saw the connection between Aserejé (Las Ketchup Song) and Rapper's Delight?

That was fun. At the end it said "would you mind listening to more?" so I clicked "no" as in I don't mind, but I think you've interpreted that to be "no I don't want to?".
