I really spiff article on how PERIPHERY made a name for themselves despite starting out with zip. They used guitar modeling and midi drums on their first album and produced it themselves. They got a deal with SUMERIAN records ( A very small label and the record was already done when they signed) and toured their way from there. They embraced the changes in the record industry and just moved forward. A great example of bootstrapping it

They certain have shown how to embrace the change.
I was going to go down the path of leaking a sex tape when I eventually have an album to release, but maybe their way would be better. -------------------- My SoundCloud

Their new album is killer Yes it is, indeed a little less conventional than the previous one, but nonetheless very good! |
