Video In A Video, How to?

What is the software to use when you do a video then you put a second screen in video for example many of the lessons that have two guitar parts one playing over the other but in a smaller screen, still trying to learn these things! Hope that makes sense huh.gif

Been using Vegas for almost 5 years now. People say Lightworks is a good free alternative, but IMO the limitations are too great for me to bear smile.gif Vegas does hard stuff while being easy for you to handle!
