Could you treat the first 3 bars as 12/8 then the last as 14/8?
In this scenario you would treat eighth notes in 12/8 as a dotted eigtth note, meaning an eighth triplet would be just regular 8th triplets (i.e. 3 notes in time of 2). This would mean you could treat the last bar as 14/8 (or 7/4 for that matter). EDIT: Didn't read it properly. It was whole note triplets. It should still work, just with different math.
