Hey guys, just found this song on my computer and thought I'd share it smile.gif

Love to hear what you guys think?

Apologies for the "shouting" at the end... I wrote it and recorded it night, so couldn't shout where I wanted too. So it sounds a bit weird! I also managed to start saying "Regrain, instead of regain!!". Oh dear...

I like the guitar part I came up with quite a lot, so wanted your opinions biggrin.gif

Thanks man smile.gif I do occasionally come across little licks like I used here that just give you such a great smile as you play them, not often, but this was a good example! biggrin.gif

Oh and awesome entry for the MTP competition! Good luck man smile.gif

This song has alot of potential! The guitars sound great smile.gif Would love to hear this with some drums/bass.
Vocals are ok too, it's the production of them that brings them down a notch.

Wow! Thanks Trond smile.gif That's awesome to hear from you. I'd love to hear it with bass and drums too! Unfortunately I lack any experience in drumming, and don't have a bass - I could give something like fruityloops or ableton ago but also haven't really used it much.
To be honest I quite like hearing other peoples takes on drums and bass as it adds a flavour to the song that I haven't created, and makes it more enjoyable!

So if anyone wants to play around with it, feel free!

I think this has a very nice driving sound to the rhythm. You should try and keep working on this and get the drums and stuff recorded like Trond said.

This would also sound good as an acoustic kind of jam I thinks.

Thanks man smile.gif

I really enjoyed playing the rhythm part smile.gif I was fooling around with gearbox trying to get a decent tone, when I first got the strat, and this was born purely trying out the tone's.

Good luck in the MTP comp by the way, really impressive entry smile.gif

Very Muse like chord progression, which is good avecourse. even with basic bass and drums it will sound awesome smile.gif

Thanks man smile.gif Guess I should get trying out some bass and drums to this track!

This has potential to be a great song, very nice smile.gif
The vocals aren't bad either, it's the production that makes them sound less good smile.gif

Wow! Thanks so much for the praise smile.gif
