Thanks to everyone on GMC for the advice...I have got a great set up now and so far, fairly cheap. I don't have any sound issues with my USB interface...I use it combined with Reaper and different VST amps including Poulins, Aradaz and Amplitube (and many others), and have got good clean/dirty sounds from my trusty US Fender Strat. I started here with just a practice amp and didn't know how to plug my guitar into the computer effectively...a month later I have got the best guitar sounds/rec equipment at my disposal....haha ...I think I almost sounded good...strumming my few power chords!!! Everyone here is very helpful and I can honestly say that I wouldn't have worked it out alone...apart from my missing guitar(see other thread) I am one happy dude with a bunch of new toys to play with!!!!!
