Summer Food And Witch Burnings, I know you guys love food!

In Denmark we always celebrate the summer and the light by burning a witch on the fire.
We are still a bit behind on the witch burning reasoning I guess.
At least it is a good excuse too eat some barbeque biggrin.gif

How many of you do this kind of ritual? I guess it is only northern Europe?
