Well as many of you have probably guessed, i am a fan of the band Death
 so this thread is here to discuss one of my heroes, Chuck Schuldiner, and his amazing guitar work. he wrote some of the best melodys and solos and the most memorable riffs and is the Father of death metal in many ways, he died in december a few years ago due to a brain tumor, but he shall live forever. hopefully some people here can relate to chuck like i can, or hopefully they just like Death.Enter The Crystal Mountain...... Listen To The Philosopher Those aren the actuall song names by the way, just wanted to sound ominous |

I remember when they used to come on Headbanger's Ball, I loved it....never picked any up though....album recommendation?

Ah you should go purchase an album or two, its amazing stuff, one of the first Death Metal bands i started to listen to.

Yeah, Death progressed alot lyrically from Leprosy to Sound Of Perserverance
