Bookmarks Problem

Hi everybody, i don't how to create a folder inside the bookmarks. When i select Add a folder, i receive "you have to name it" but how to do that ?

Please need some help.

Your answer gave me the solution. Something was blocked on IE8, there i didn't get dialog box. Now it's ok.
