Hi! I just wanted to talk about Jeff Buckley and to share his music (if there is someone that doesn't know him). He was an amazing singer and composer that influenced a lot of people like Thom Yorke, Chris Cornel, Muse and Coldplay's singers, Draco and a lot of other artists. I also remember Guthrie Govan talking in his guitar books, about Jeff's harmonies and most used chords.

I lived in Memphis most of my life. I remember seeing ads in the local entertainment paper of him playing at his regular gig, a dive bar called Alex's Tavern. I knew he was Tim Buckley's son, but I didn't think much about it because I'd never heard any of Jeff's songs.

After I heard the album "Grace", I realized what an idiot I had been. I could have seen him play live and up close dozens of times.

Such a loss.. he was a huge talent.

I'm a big fan of Jeff Buckley, especially songs like "Dream Brother" and "Eternal Life", some great ethereal guitar sound as well as great rock sound too.

Whenever i think about his music i can't help but feel sad at all the great things we have missed out on due to his unfortunate passing.

*puts in vote for a Jeff Buckley lesson*
