Rsi Options

I think I've got a slight RSI going on at the moment in my right wrist. I'm pretty sure this isn't because of guitar but I think it's more a mixture of things. Mostly I'm pretty sure it's from using a computer so much and in particular the mouse. It's not so much a pain it's more of an ache when I use the mouse and it feels really uncomfortable. And obviously the same is for guitar at the moment.

I'm seeing a doctor on monday but to be honest I don't know if anything can actually be done about it. I've had something like it before but it wasn't as bad as this. This is obviously bad news because it means I can't really play guitar right now and It's a bit uncomfortable when I'm using my PC. Anyone had anything like it before?
