It's really cool that you're doing what you're doing. I didn't think there was much hope for improvement since I can't really afford private lessons, but this is even better ..and it's cheaper, I couldn't be happier and more excited. Rock on! I don't truly excel in any one thing and I've never really focused on any particular style - I guess I've been on a 14 year quest to develop my own sound, which I'm still working on in my spare time. If I had to choose one style that I like to play the most however, it would definitely be the blues. I also like to listen to Vai and Satriani ...someday I will play like that ....someday...
