Sweep Or Alt Pick This?, For all you shredders out there ... |

I'm writing a new song in honour of my Jem7v and I am wanting to put in some Major7th Arpegios. I figured out a variation of the Cmajor 5 string sweep that seems to work ok, but I also want to include this pattern:
E||-------9-12-9---------9-12-9---------9-12- B||--9-10--------10-9-10--------10-9-10------ G||------------------------------------------ D||------------------------------------------ A||------------------------------------------ E||------------------------------------------ It is a repeating pattern of 16th triplets. Would you alt pick it, or try and make it a sweep? If a sweep, how would you finger it in terms of hammer-ons vs picked notes? Thanks!
