How To Embed A Youtube Video In A Post ?

Hi

Can someone please tell me how to do it ? I don't mean in the REC forum, just in a normal post. I clicked on the insert Youtube icon but nothing happens and I get and error in the bottom left of my screen.

On the reply window, on the left under the emoticons are a load of icons, saying stuff like 'Insert:tab', one of them is 'Insert:youtube'

then you just need to paste part of the link of the video smile.gif
