(ashamed of myself) And, now i need some help choosing the right leasons, im a beginner but i can do level 3-4 of difficulty lessons, gimme a hintplease! I don't know what is your practice routine so the only thing I can say to you is, try to start with a lesson who gently warm-up your hands after your 3 days off...
