I have picked up my new guitar and I love it! I changed the strings to Ernie Ball 8-string set because the factory ones were way too floppy.
You can view I higher quality picture here. Ibanez RG8  I am tuned to EAEADGBA. These new strings play much better. I did some adjustments on the height and intonation and the fret buzz has been minimized. I was playing around with my EP's title track "Living in the Last Days." Coming up with some 8 string parts. I could probably include it as a bonus track, as my Jackson SLSMG will remain the main guitar on the EP. The next album will be 8-string throughout. haha -Brandon (stoked and proud to own my first 8)
