I need to convert my video files down like 80 meg each. But how? dry.gif It also needs to somewhat keep its quility.

Have a look at x264 (free, open source version of H.264, which is the compression Apple uses for their HD trailers, and is also one of the formats of HD-DVD and BluRay). Probably the best quality compared to compression level of common video formats at the moment. You'll need an encoding tool too. I think VirtualDub should handle the Windows encoder version of x264.

H.264 is also quite expensive performance-wise (although any relatively new (2-3 years) computer should handle it fine), but the quality - depending, of course, on the run-length and resolution of your video files - is great smile.gif
