Hi mate! That's a very cool goal! What do you think that you are lacking to be able to write something in this style?

I would say technically ability, prog vocabulary , and how to create pieces of music with structures etc.. I’m very new to using DAW and recording/mixing , Creating the music is more important to me than production quality at this stage tho. Ok, the best way to get into this is to analyze and learn to play some of their music. Could you please make a list with 5/10 favorite tracks by them? -------------------- My lessons

Nice list!! The first two ones are my favorites from this style. Intervals music is also very enjoyable for me.
I would take the first two songs and analyze them very deeply. As a first step, to then try to make some music using the concepts learnt from them, what do you think? -------------------- My lessons

Hi mate!
Nice! The song analysis should be inspiring for you so it's ok to do it as deep as you want. There is a lot of information in your current analysis that can be applied for your music. Feel free to do the same thing with the second song from your list. Regarding your idea... it sounds promising! Do you have more ideas on how to continue it? If not, I recommend you to add drums and other instruments to see if inspiration appears. Have you seen these series? -------------------- My lessons

Hi mate! This sounds promising! The key is not keep working on new stuff, polishing it, working on structure and so.
I would add Bass guitar to this one, and work a bit more drums as a first next step. What's your plan? -------------------- My lessons
