Any Triaxis Expert ?, Because mine isn't working...

The power source has been changed (I live in France). Everything was fine. But recently, I can't use it : there is only a couple of leds which switch on, the valves are heating, but I've got no output sound and I can't change any patch. I'm so desperate !
