It is a bit modded, by having a Fishman preamp installed, refretting plus new keys and nut. I payed about 700 bucks on the whole deal, case included - I honestly don't think you can get an acoustic that plays and sounds this good for this money. I have a 78 Yamaha SG2000 it's an awesome guitar, they were really putting out some amazing instruments in those years probably better than gibson at the time.
