Lesson Practice Routine |

I've been told you need a standard practice routine, but with my short attention span, I soon stray to other things.
Can anyone think up a routine of GMC lessons? For example Speedpicking Practice Sweep/Economy Picking Trill Practice Etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I would finally be able to get a decent practice session going. --------------------  |
