Hey guys,

What do you do to warm up and stretch your fingers before practicing? I have attached a text doc that shows what I do but I am wondering if there is something better out there. Move each exercise up a string ending on the low E.

Thx for any input.

Peace.

Cool! My friend who is also a guitarplayer plays that warm-up so i am pretty familiar with "Rock Discipline" excercises! That's how i knew it's from there! I don't have a warm-up time at all. I just jump onto sweeping straight away! That's the best warm-up for me!
