Heh! There's no excuse for not exercising wink.gif The only people which are excused are the ones that would hurt themselves doing it, otherwise, it's called laziness biggrin.gif Get back in shape young man! Your body will thank you and guitar playing will be better as well!

I play golf. Is that exercise? laugh.gif I already know the answer. Actually when my golf buddies are being cheap, and won't pay $25 for a cart; it's a great exercise.

Well I'm sure it exercises your core when you swing to hit the ball.. and your brachial muscles etc wink.gif

I guess I get some exercise when I reach for my wallet. It's like a curl with no resistance. Actually it's pretty tiring. Especially after being in the sun for four hours straight. You actually do a fair amount of walking. I noticed in Europe it's really expensive to play. Here in the US it's pretty cheap for the most part. smile.gif

In Europe, it's a VERY expensive activity... I thought it would be the same everywhere smile.gif

My other hobby is weight training and goal oriented healthy eating.

Infact the 2 hobbies fight for priority of my time and focus.

I'll be buying a spin bike for my wife and me so we can get cardio workouts in easier at home, rather than rely on the gym

Ah mate, if you got the space, you can get enough stuff to have your complete gym at home smile.gif It took me almost 600 EUR to buy the following:

- 100 KG worth of discs
- multiangled bench
- pull-ups rack
- chest press rack
- 1,80 meters bar and 2x30 cm bars

Trust me, this is all you need for being able to concoct full fledged workouts, involving some body weight exercises as well. For me, it works really well based on the fact that I like body weight training a lot.
