Well. This idea comes up when I find myself tired after working or I just get up of bed, grab my guitar and think mmmmmmmmm what should I do know I can't think straight right now and my fingers still asleep. It is easier to browse the web while having coffee (mmmmm coffeee )and forget about practicing guitar instead.
So. This morning I tried this easy lesson, exercise https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/solo-guit...ition-shifting/ which didn't make me think too much and the backing track kept me in a enjoyable motion. The idea is to have let's say x number of this exercises with a cool backing track and repetitive catchy bits as Adrian Smith would say to start warming up and give you a boost right from the start. Something that doesn't mess your brain up but keeps your right/left hand in constant motion. I hope this make sense If anyone knows about more links like the lesson above I'd appreciate the reply. -------------------- "It's a long way to the top..."
