Sorry to hear it man. Is it definitely beyond repair. Can you play it or something at least. THere must be a solution.
I have an advice, I know it's difficult but try to calm down and not stress your nerves. Health is the most important thing in this world not money or guitars! Trust me. Don't worry too much. I know it is hard but life goes on. It will be ok! -------------------- - Ivan's Video Chat Lesson Notes HERE

Yeah it definitely sucks but look at it this way:
- no one can steal your amazing Caparison guitar because it has YOUR mark on it - pretty obvious mark - Steve Vai himself said that it's only the sound that matters and his EVO JEM is totally destroyed but it sounds amazing and he doesn't even want to repair it so it doesn't loose it's sound - and it still stays his best guitar - one day you'll get big and people will pay much more than 3400 for that guitar with a huge chunk out of it - be happy you didn't destroy the neck so it's still playable and not only playable - it is the same Caparison guitar!!!! - now it's your new CUSTOM guitar - when you have the wall painted in fresh new white color, your G/F comes in and tries to hit you with a tomato you get this huge red sign on your wall...first you're mad, 2 days later you don't care - buy a new car - hit it slightly in the wall, take off a huge part of your black color - in 2 days you don't care - hey, that car costs much more than the guitar Cheer up buddy! Now plug in your baby and play some tasty solo - you'll feel better straight away -------------------- "It isn't how many years you have been playing, it's how many hours." -- Prashant Aswani "PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE!" -- Michael Angelo Batio Check out my video lessons and instructor board! |

Sorry to hear that..
But i'm sure there must be some way to repair it? .. the missus had a little car accident with a pole that just came out of nowhere not so long ago. it looked REAL bad, but it was fixed like it was nothing. Well, you cant compare a guitar to a car.. but i'm still sure there's a way to fix it..
