Guitar Sustain&inteference Options

Hi litlle question

as almost everybody know i'm have new Jackson sl2 and i'm also have Esp ltd Vip 50
i'm cannot play right now with my right but when i'm train my left on booth guitar{on Trond last part of slow soloing lesson} i'm find out the Jackson when i'm sliding my fingers to the other note losing the sound more fast like my cheap ltd 50..the sound also sound when dying like rottary..the rottary problem is also on Esp but not to big

it's the Cheap ltd 50 has better sustain???? ????

or what can be the issue???

pickups???
string action setings???
computer inteference {with the rottary sound}??or bad cable??
enything else???--{like my bad technique or just something else}

btw- i'm also find out the sustain is on diferent position diferent
