Yoncopin - John Frusciante Style Lesson |
|
Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.
The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

John Frusciante Style Lesson
Equipment: Schecter C-1 Plus Pod X3 Hopefully my first of many REC submissions. Joined GMC this weekend and started working on a few lessons which I'm really enjoying. This is my first attempt to video myself, it's really hard to get a good take once you hit record! This post has been edited by skennington: Oct 1 2009, 05:37 PM -------------------- |

Concerning your playing this take was pretty good, but don't be afraid to pick the strings, they don't bite When you grab the guitar and play people should be able to hear you.

Amps: Mesa Boogie Tripple Rectifier / Triaxis / 2:90 Poweramp / Rectocabs Effects: Rocktron Intellifex / Rocktron Xpression Homepage: www.marcussiepen.com www.blind-guardian.com Check out my video lessons! |

I agree that your picking is sometimes weak. Just go for it, don't be affraid. Some notes are barely hearable. The rest is all ok.
