I created a thread comparing mid prices headphones and it generated some great responses and killer info. here is the link. Also, you mentioned "good prices" but neglected to mention a budget? What's a "good price" for you?
https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/guitar_fo...showtopic=50647 That's the best headphone thread I've yet seen Everyone had some great tips! I'm gonna get a second set of headphones. Right now I'm using sennheiser hd 280 pros. I like them but there a bit uncomfortable during long sessions, and to me they sound really flat and kind of lifeless compared to listening on monitors, but they do the job. Now I need a second set since I've been mixing with a friend and we both like to listen through headphones and monitors equally. Any suggestions? Saw some used sennheiser hd 25-1 and hd 380 pro for good prices? What have you guys used and liked the most ?

For @ a couple of hundred the Beyer Dynamic DT770 pro is a good all rounder. Another of the better budget end all rounders are the AKG K240s and probably quite a bit cheaper than the Beyers.
