Hello Everyone

I'm wanting to find a guitar that has the tone or volume knobs a good distance away from the bottom part of bridge .Reason why is the knobs always get in my way when i want to palm mute bottom strings.Ofcourse we all just adapt to it but i would like to find one that had the knobs out of the way.For example any style of Strat with 2 tone and 1 volume knobs always has the volume knob right below the bridge and pickup and im trying to find something to avoid this.Anyone know a guitar that doesnt apply this setup? Remember im not worried how many knobs the guitar has just were there placed and away from below the bridge.
