Double Up On Youtube Vids?, Anyone else got this?

It's been a while now that this has happened, but whenever a youtube video is posted I get it as a playlist with two of the same videos looping forever. This only occurs on GMC and not on other sites. Happens on all browsers.

Anyone else have this problem? smile.gif
