Hey i'm not a pro with that but i'm have Vox valvetrtonic 30
on this video is Vox Valvetronix AD50VT-XL Amplifier and man this is lot of distorsion amp actualy the amp isn't full lamp amp but you can have good tone for less{around 299$}now https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fGNx9O0d_Sg i'm was buy my 30w version few month ago for more like 300$ -------------------- [

They might be hard to find in Germany but you can look out for a used Peavey 5150 Combo. A great budget Metal amp would be a Peavey Valveking Halfstack:

I agree with Zakk, you should really check out Peavey 5150, or 6505+.
