Ok, so let's start the fun!
One of my main concerns is that we can do it in reasonable time (to keep ourselves motivated), so I will try to divide things so that we move quickly enough. If you want to change something from the division below just let me know. I will record the whole rhythm part with acoustic guitar to serve as a basis for synchronization. I will add a few beats in the beginning, so do all your recordings by adding the same beat in the beginning so that we can synchronize it easily (without any latency). Expect it on the upload topic this weekend. Deeproots will start with programming the drums/bass. If you want you can also include the synthesizer parts (but if not we do them on guitar later). What do you think: should I record the rhythm on top of drums/bass or the opposite? Remember there is no drums on intro... Steve, can you start by doing the intro? Deeproots do you do the first solo after the programming part? There are actually 2 guitars there (so you can do either one or both , as you wish). I will take the second solo because I already know it (unless one of you guys strongly want it, but be aware this may take some effort to learn, at least it did to me ) I want to let you guys work in your own pace (which I don't know yet). So when you finish intro (Steve) or first solo (DeepRoots), you upload it and tell what you want to do next (or I can assign it). By the way, can you sing steve? If not we have to do it instrumentally. This post has been edited by Gus: Apr 4 2008, 04:26 PM -------------------- my "Thank you GMC!" video
