I am practicing the tapping lessons but am having problems when moving from string to string. I can't seem to keep the guitar stabilized well enough. It moves slightly and makes it difficult to hit the next string accurately. Anyone have a tip to cure this problem, or does it usually go away the more you practice. :think

This may sound stupid, but, when I started, I turned the guitar towards me and have sort of a birds eye view of the fretboard, which hurt my playing badly, and, when I tapped it would move, so, try making the guitar parallel to where your knees are sitting. I hope it helps!

You might also want to try to keep the guitar stable with the right arm elbow, if the guitar model your playing allows it (most do!)
