I think you kind of answered your own question...
If the guitar sounded and felt good to YOU, then there's really no reason for us to persuade you either towards or away from it.
But I own an Ibanez Prestige RG which I'm about to review. Can't go wrong with Ibanez.

A friend of mine HAD that S-Serie guitar and when he got to me to make a set-up e played a bit and we realized it's not actually the best choice! For around same price you can get RG Prestige series guitar with smoother neck, 24 frets and much better bridge! You should also try RG series before making decision!

The RG has a JEM like body, its thicker than the S series. I have a 1570 and its the best guitar ive played, period, and ive played multiple JEMs, but you can't beat the wizard II neck smile.gif

Oh yes you can easily beat Wizard II neck with a JEM neck! My first guitar had a Wizard II neck so i know what i am talking about!

S series has a very thin body so it's much lighter than RG but it's her only advantage!

Pavel, Grrr, i like thinner, the JEM is too thick for me, and ive played multiple ones, it just doesnt work. But then again, i wouldnt complain one bit if i had a JEM... infact don't you owe me yours?

I thought my RG was perfect for me but when i got JEM i actually found out what is good for me! But you know those are all great guitars! I expect the RC7 neck to be totally different but i am sure i will get used to it!

I dont know the exchange rate in singapore dollars since im in America.I also am not fimiliar with the s series.Ibanez makes very nice guitars though and if you liked it go for it.Keep your mind open to different brands though like Jackson,Fender,Gibson,Epiphone,BC Rich ect.

Good Luck
