His playing on this cover is so nice, great tone and SO tasty playing. Thanks for sharing. -------------------- My lessons

Yeah man, I grew up with the Infinity and Evolution albums. I still listen to them.
They also nailed it live every time. Great players all of them. When I was in high school the band I was in played 'Lights' from Infinity record. This post has been edited by klasaine: Feb 21 2014, 04:14 PM -------------------- - Ken Lasaine

Everytime I'm flying at night back to San Francisco I mentally hear his song, "Lights" in my head when I see the city out my window.

Everytime I'm flying at night back to San Francisco I mentally hear his song, "Lights" in my head when I see the city out my window. Me too, even though I don't live in SF. You reside in a great town! Arguably the nicest city in Cali. This post has been edited by klasaine: Feb 21 2014, 10:05 PM -------------------- - Ken Lasaine

I haven't listened to that much Journey, to be honest, but Neil's solo works are very much to my liking - he's the kind of melodic player, the kind I strive to be as well
