This definitely took longer than it should have. I was really sick and had to take some time away from the instrument. Here is my take of the stretching lesson. I had some trouble with it, so I slowed it down quite a bit(There are still errors). I have added it to my daily warm-up routine so that I can become much better at it. Here is my current take:

You did an amazing job! I can see a big difference! Just play it every day while warming up! Would you want to start getting into improvisation more and try my new mentoring approach? Let me know!
