Tried to take in some feedback from Darius regarding tone for the humbucker, the attitude from Kris which I was able to show but still trying to find a balance sweet spot and overall playing :)

As mentioned I think this take is much more groovy and we can tell you are feeling it!

During the solo section - it becomes a little harder for you to 'just rock away'. For understandable reasons, you need to allocate more brainpower to getting the subtle nuances down. So I am trying to say that you need to master those bends a bit better before you will be able to truly rock away. But to me the attitude you added in this video is a huge step in the right direction.

You get a 7 from me, keep on rocking!

Hey there!

Nice to see you still working on this one. Once I was giving you some tips on the tone setup I felt like we've break the conversation at the half of a way to success. As I said in my latest message - you could add just a little more gain from this point and brighten the tone to give it more open character. That's the point we've stop at.

Good news is that this take is definitely less flat than the previous one. More dynamics are involved and your overall expression has
been increased. Maybe more brightness would expose notes being played with "the bite" but some of them may be not exposed that much by the playing itself - there is still some room for improvements at this field

At the riff part there is some lack of consitency from the right hand - mainly picking direction. It seems to case little timming issues at some spots. Generally this kind of rhythm playing is always based on a simple strumming pattern and even when stripped down to a single note lick, there's still a picking direction assignment for each note, depending on it's place in the bar, rather than other factors.
It's especially visible when you start to play on the weak beats in the bar, right after a break. Weak beats are being played from the upstroke and if not, they make a "hand confusion" while you go into next bar and start play the same lick but with opposite picking direction. Picking and strumming consistency are critical for relaxed playing and a highly important factor to make your expression well connected to the track

As for the solo part it looks that you are not ready yet to make both - body expression and playing, at the comfortable level. I feel like there is a little more missed notes and pitch issues on bends this time.

I know that this lesson sounds simpler than it is but the main purpose and profit for people like you, are the details that happen over every single note. The fact is - it's getting better and definitely not as flat as last time.
