Hi Victor!
Great to see you practicing hard! Yes, this type of exercises, combined with some others are very helpful for hand sync. I can say that you are playing these 3 exercises tight and that your hands are completely in sync here. The only thing that I would try here is to relax a bit more your right hand, and to try to cross strings smoothly. Check your video again and notice the extra movement that you do every time that you cross strings (mostly when you play triplets). Check how Lian does it in his lesson: Tightness Etude One of the trickier parts of alternate picking is crossing strings so this should be the next focus once you feel comfortable and can relax your hand on 1 string. I can help you choosing the right crossing strings exercises for you! At this point, I can say that yes, your hands are in sync and that your timing is precise here. You can try adding 16th notes. -------------------- My lessons

Thank you for your feedback I will add a video with the 16th notes in a few days until than I will keep practicing. It's getting harder for me at 16th notes because it's a bit faster. Yes, you can help me choose some crossing string exercises. This post has been edited by Victor Simion: Aug 3 2020, 08:03 PM -------------------- |

Great job man! You are sounding tight most of the time. There are some moments with small timing issues, but this will disappear after more days of practice. I also think that your hands will feel more relaxed if you continue practicing this routine.
I'd like to suggest 4 extra exercises. The idea is that you take this 4 patterns and work with them in the same way that you do it with the tightness ones: Alternate_Picking_Exercises.pdf ( 43.43K ) Number of downloads: 69 Alternate_Picking_Exercises.gpx ( 30.36K ) Number of downloads: 59 -------------------- My lessons
